We prefer AFT suites but have also stayed in Haven. We have never noticed or felt any difference in the level of service from our AFT butlers!

Then I forget to do it. :o

 

You have to be the most famous and most loved passenger on NCL.

There is not even a close second - well, yes there is.....you Mom!

Okay everyone...I see your cheers and appreciation for all of these butlers. Due to a pretty weird set of circumstances we find ourselves in a 2 bedroom family suite on Nov. 9. This is our first suite everl

 

I have heard that you do not get as much attention from the butlers in these suites as you do in the Haven.

What ship are you sailing? Because the 2-bedroom suites ARE in the Haven?

 

The only time we were seriously disappointed with our butler service was when we had a Spa Suite on the Epic. But Adrian was the Concierge and everyone knows what a rockstar that guy is at his job!!

The Jewell class ships have 2 bedroom suites which are not in the Haven (as well as 2 bedroom suites which are).

No matter where you are - Haven or not - you should have excellent Butler service.

We’ve been in the “cheap” (LOL) suites and our Butler service was always impeccable. Being in the Haven should make no difference.

Lazaro did an excellent job for us on the Jewel from LA to Houston a couple of weeks ago....We were in an aft penthouse on deck 10...

We had Maxi again on our 11 day Southern Caribbean Pearl cruise. He wasn't assigned to the Haven but since we requested him prior through the Concierge desk they assigned him to us on deck 15 along with decks10 and 11. The guy truly has ESP, he knows what you want before you want it and it's there before you need it. Maxi is the best and a great asset to NCL.

We were on Jewel Nov. 29 - Dec. 6 in a 2 bed/bath family suite. Lazaro was our butler. He was fantastic. We gave him a generous tip at the end of the cruise for his amazing service throughout the cruise.

 

NCL has hired and trained and excellent group of officers, staff, and crew.

Lanie was great on the Nov. 16th Breakaway cruise. Her 8 month contract was over. She

 

was going home for Christmas. She has an 8 year old son. She was so excited. I think

 

she is headed to the Getaway on Jan. 17th.

Roland! So friendly and helpful. He is our gold standard we compare other butlers too from now on as he was our butler on our last cruise. :D

Just had Joqauin on the Sky and thought he was excellent. Probably best butler so far for us.

So far Akmed from the DAWN. He was more than we expected. A good guy. He is the only butler we have ever had.
