OMGosh, I LOVE Cafe al Bacio for soooo many reasons

 

They have the BEST teas (Forte) and coffees on the ship (and Hot Chocolate too)

 

Great in the morning (often open early, well before 7 AM) and late night too

 

As well as Iced Teas & Coffees, great way to cool down after a day ashore

 

Late Night good stop for a Nightcap as they have a full bar... Best Spot on the Ship to get a Specialty Coffee (Coffee with Alcohol & Whip Cream... Ala an Irish Coffee)

 

And as noted by others a nice DECADENT supply of sweets

 

If you can find a seat (is indeed very popular with the Readers & Knitters) they serve Forte Tea in a Teapot...

 

But this spot is also a Grab & Go one for people on the run

On our recent Equinox cruise they ran out of English Breakfast and Earl Grey 3-4 days before the end so very disappointed

One of those teas is chai tea latte. Most anything. Exception maybe ones with alcohol.

You are correct. You can only have the basic ones as Elite + benefit. Sometimes they will allow you to have a power in your coffee, but ask. The other coffees are not included. Only hot tea is included. Ice Tea is extra. If I wanted ice Tea I would simply ask for an included tea and ask for a large container of Ice. On two of the ships they understood what I was doing and just gave me the normal ice container. One ship refused to do that as they were very strict about the rules. Very nice benefit that I used everyday.

Thanks hulamoon and Orator. Iced Chai sounds great too. If I can't get it iced, I will just add ice to my mug than I bring from home. ;)
