I checked on marinetraffic.com and she is moving at 16 knots on her own engines so I suppose they managed to make emergency repairs

She's currently just east of Cape Breton Island, averaging 14.6 knots.

I see Veendam on AIS, well offshore and almost due East of Boston and doing just over 17 knots. It would appear that the temporary repairs in Quebec have allowed the use of the damaged propeller for cruising; having it unavailable for maneuvering, astern, and fine speed adjustment was probably what necessitated the deadhead trip to dry dock.
