Allure - Suite In-Room Dining Speed Question

Recommended Posts

Hey - for anyone traveling on the Allure in a Suite, such that the full dining room menu is available for room service in the cabin, here's a question - once you place th order, how fast does the meal arrive? It seems like in cruises past, regular room service always took 25-30 minutes, but that was not for the in-room dining from the main dining room for guests in suites. For anyone with somewhat recent experience, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I was going to say, 30 minutes or it's free :)

On a follow-up question, the menu that is delivered to the room only lists a few of the MDR meals. I was not sure if we are limited to just these choices, or if these are considered the specials of the day or something. Can you order anything that is being served that evening? Also, I thought there were some time restrictions, like you needed to order by a certain time.
