Is it Just me or is the Suite life not to Suite now!

Interesting. I remember the CL lounge as small with no views but Ouna, the Conceirge was really great. One night we had a wine party in our OS and she made sure room service delivered lots of nice appetizers. She even escorted us off the ship as we disembarked. She was awesome.

 

I emailed this concierge the other night to ask about a cabana at Barefoot Beach. I received a very nice reply back within hours and she's already taken care of my request. :)

That's the way it should be. I feel like there should be a separate lounge for suite guests. On the Indy the lounge was so full we couldn't use it so we used the Diamond lounge. I mean we got our drinks up there but it was so full we drank them in the Viking lounge. A waste of money for the OS!

 

We are in an OS on the Freedom next week, and I hope the lounge isn't too crowded. I never go to the Diamond Lounge, only because the CL is on deck 10 and so am I :)

Please report back. :) Curious if any changes have been made to the suites. We've booked 1320 for September. Although, totally not ruling out a change. I shouldn't have looked at Getaway! I've still got their page open, checking out Haven, and have to keep closing the "May we help you?" boxes that keep popping up.

We usually do GS, D+, so for now would have access to CL. Last summer we were in a Celebrity Suite on Celebrity Reflection (I know, still a RCI product). The "suite life" on Celebrity was a much nicer experience. We truly felt pampered and taken care of.

We are booked in a GS on Liberty this April-this will be a return to RCI after over a year, so hoping for great service.
