I have not had any trouble with the new site. Just seached 5-9 nighters to Alaska with no dates and got 7 results.

I tried putting in sailing dates and got zero, then left the dates off and got umteen results. Definately takes getting use to.

My browser had a problem with http://www.rccl.com, but works ok with http://www.royalcaribbean.com.

Maybe I missed a discussion on this when we were on the Indy last week but I just logged into the website today and all I can say is pass the barf bucket. Who designs these things? Tracking down a cruise to possibly book should be a relatively painless thing to do. This new design inflicts pain. Going along with their WOW sales its almost as if they don't want you booking with them.

I booked a Princess Cruise after trying unsuccessfully to navigate RCL's web site. If this is an indication of the quality of RCL then they have big problems.
