.Are other people's cruiseship.com tickers stuck as well? Or is it just my view? Mine seems stuck from 2 days ago and so the countdown isn't correct. When I select it does say "unable to connect to database" so am not sure if its just me.

 

(Sorry, I know this isn't the correct forum but wasn't sure where to put the question, and I see a lot of users on here use it as well)

Anyone else have this issue again with the ticker? I don't remember if I did something last time to fix it, or if the site was actually down.

I have tried for several days to access to update cruise plans, it just says database down.

Happened some time ago already and it was fixed (by them I think).

 

The tickers are really beautiful but it seems that maintenance is a bit down... a lot of newer ships are missing.

Maybe we should start some massive FB posting (well at least the ones using FB).

Thanks for the responses. Guess it's not just me then. It's like I'm stuck in time at 5 months 11 days. :(

 

There's the cruise critic ticker if it continues, but I prefer counting in months/weeks than days.

I have a nasty feeling that the site has gone forever, which is a shame. They haven't updated their ship list for a while e.g. Ovation wasn't in their list.

It worked early October as I was able to update my past cruises, but I think it's now extinct.

It's really a shame. They're definitely the nicest cruise countdown clocks...I'll keep hoping it comes back on line soon!

Agree....and the other one from here counts in days, which feels longer to me.

I gave up and changed my ticker. Found one as well outside of cruise tickers so it shows the months/days countdown. Will keep checking though and put back the cruiseships.com one if it comes back up.

I realize I am attempting to revive a very old thread, but I tried to update my cruiseships.com timeline and I cant add a new ship, even after selecting the cruiseline (ANY cruiseline). Anyone had any luck with the site recently?

I tried a week or two ago using several different browsers and had the same issue. Thought it may have been my browser, but guess the issue is with their website since others are having the same issue.

Same issue here as well.

That site also breaks down every 3 or so weeks.
