Flying into fll and getting wine

We are flying into fll the day of our cruise. Where is the best place that a taxi can stop close to the airport or pier that we could get wine?

Total Wine, off 17th in the Harbor Shops, on the way!! Or even Publix....not sure when you sail or when they can start selling booze in Fla (as in time of day...)

We fly in on a Sat at 930.

You can also order online from Total Wine and have your order ready for pick up when you get there.

You should be fine stopping at Total Wine on a Saturday. The problem is Sunday as they don't open until noon because of Florida law.

Believe it or not I actually purchased a couple of bottles of good wine at a CVS Pharmacy if Ft. Lauderdale before a cruise. Another option.

Has Celebrity yet allowed bringing two bottles onboard, and bringing them to the Main Dining Room at dinnertime without a CORKING FEE? Must we keep them in our room to avoid a charge?

I know we have done it on Royal's ships.

That CVS does have some good wine choices. While it is hard to beat Total Wine, Publix also has a good wine section and that CVS sells more than Boone's Farm.
