15 days to Allure - no docs!

We are on Allure in a little over 3 weeks and have had all our docs for at least 2 weeks now. I finished my set sail pass months ago and printed it, then the docs were ready a couple of weeks ago. I printed everything online. I'm using a travel agent and she even got notice they were available separately. I would think you should have them available by now. I would call Royal.

Are you using choice air? We are and did not receive our docs. I called Royal and they said this was typical with people who use choice air. I was put on hold for a minute or two and was told the docs would be emailed shortly. I received them less than five minutes later.

That's what I was thinking. For anyone not using Choice Air, they are normally issued at 49 days, for those using it I've heard a variety of timeframes.

So, OP, call RCI. That is always my choice (or my TA) before I come here and ask for anything that they can answer. All anyone here can do is give you suggestions. Why not call and get the facts (I know, I know, they're not always right, but they should be able to answer this one).

ON LINE CHECK IN!!! All docs are now issued electronically; Go to the RCCL webpage, fill out the info and once completed, it should indicate READY to PRINT!!

ON LINE CHECK IN Docs are for the Set Sail Pass, totally different from the Cruise Docs which contain about 40 pages of information and the "official luggage tags". You only need to print the luggage tags as the luggage tag shown on the last page of Set Sail Pass is boldly indicated it is not an official luggage tag.

I booked directly with Royal Caribbean, I have completed the check in and I can print my Set Sail Pass but no docs have been issued yet. I'm not overly concerned but I just thought it was a little strange. Oh and we're not in a guarantee cabin... We're in Grand Suite 11330.

Last year I had the same problem. When I finally got to the bottom of the problem my travel agent had taken the full payment 8 months earlier but did not forward it to Royal Caribbean. Big shock.. Eventually got it sorted. Not happy with the TA.

What did Royal tell you?
