Just like to put my 2 cents in here. I was on the Eurodam last month and visited Tamarind twice. Personally, I think it is a hidden gem not to be missed. Great food and good service. I know all food is subjective but if you have never been it is worth a try.

The menu, on the Eurodam changed slightly, between B2B cruises in August. Not much, but there is a dish with lobster now.

I'm on the eurodam now. I tried the lobster dish. It's ok but I found it to be a bit salty and chewy. I love my salt so if I say it's salty you can bet it is. I'm on for 2 weeks. Before I get off I will try to get a copy of the menu.

M-m-m-m! Love lobster. Too bad you found it chewy! Lobster can vary so much. Last year on a B2B on RCI I had the best lobster tail that I have had in many years - 2nd week it was chewy and rather tasteless.

I was hoping the new lobster dish would be delicious. Hope you mentioned this to them. Perhaps they will adjust and make it better

Guess it depends on who the chef is. My tempura style Lobster was cooked just right on the Eurodam two weeks ago. It was 3 large chunks that were very lightly coated and laid on a large tail shell.
