JJ Hajeong has just moved from Rhapsody to Serenade for 2 months - posted on her social media. Not sure which lounge
Thanks is JJ in the DL or CL? Does anyone know if Almeida, who was a SR Concierge is now on Brilliance.

The name of the DC on symphony is spelled wrong in the doc: it must be Jackie. Not Jacque... And she is fabulous.
Jacque was the spelling given to me from someone on the ship -- I changed it to Jackie on Google Doc. All the SY Concierge team is fabulous!

The correct Spelling of her name is Jacque Yabut-Santos. Some of their nametags have been printed to have the American spelling of their name.

Could be. Jackie was indeed the name printed on her business card en on a letter we got from here. Everyone called her Jackie. :D

Symphony changes

Rahul Barua went on vacation on 7-8-2018--he will return on 9-2-2018 and be in DL

Jenny Pasamba moved from DL to SL with Raj Bhugwatch aa the other SL Concierge (until 9-2-2018).

Jacque Yubat returned to SY and is in the DL.

We are in a suite on the Anthem's 8/4/2018 sailing and we received an email from Ricardo Mock saying he would be our concierge. He answered a subsequent inquiry. I don't know if he is currently the concierge, but it appears that he will at least be back from vacation on 8/4.

Thanks -- I updated the Google Doc that he was back on AN. If you can, please find out who the concierges on the ship and post so I can update AN's information further.

Rahul Barua will definitely be there but not sure if the DL or SL; Jackie Yubat-Santos and Jenny Pasemba could also be on the ship. There is a good possibility that Raj will be back by mid-November. Please keep checking back with me -- especially after September 2. Great Concierge Team

On enchantment. The cl was closed due to window replacements so everyone used the dl. Perla is the dl concierge and Eunice is the cl concerige. Both lovely people.

I put an SL designation on the Concierge/Suite Lounge page for all Oasis class ships but I need some help on other ships.

 

I think Liberty has an SL not a CL.

Liberty has a Suite Lounge and a Diamond Lounge. Anis Tebeb is in the Suite Lounge and Mangesh Jambhulkar (MJ) is in the Diamond Lounge. MJ will be on Liberty until November. Not sure about Anis. I will be there on 8/5 so can find out.
