Tote bag?

Does Princess give you a tote bag? They come in very handy and have been given to us on the other lines. I don't want to pack one if I don't need to.

Nope. But they have them in the gift shop. I believe Celebrity puts them in the cabin.

I asked the same question a while back for our April sailing of the Dawn. I was surprised to find out that Princess didn't even supply a plastic bag like other cruise lines did. So, I was forced to pack my HAL cloth tote bag that was given to me last May when we sailed the Zuiderdam.

I got one (actually 2) from my T/A on one of our cruises ---it's kinda small - but handy...

They were selling them on the Dawn Princess for around $20.

Actually received 4 of them from Princess on a back to back cruise. What I needed 4 for was beyond me. I ended up giving most of them away to others that were going to purchase them, didn't think they were really worth $20.

cdnguy What's a girl to do - I was faced with a real dilema. I had all these onshore purchases and nothing to carry them in. So, I pulled out my HAL bag. Would have used a Princess bag had I received one. BTW, I wasn't the only one who did this, saw another Princess cruiser do the same thing.

On Celcebrity Conceriege Class we received very nice tote bags. We got NOTHING on the Princess Golden

My luggage had the word Carnival on it. All three pieces. They were on sale in Walmart. I got some looks from the crew but I told them when Princess sales them on land at the same price I would buy their's.

 

Hopfully a Hawiian Cruise

HAL still supplies you with tote bags, but not Princess. We received a few Princess bags from our TA and I use them when I book directly with the line.

very easy to pack a tote bag. They are totally flat when it is laid out in your suitcase.

Got nothing from Princess however last week I filled a carry-on with wheels with bottled water so that I wouldn't have to purchase it on the ship. So on the way home it was empty, not really empty but full of souveniers!
