We're back. Great trip despite missing Grand Cayman due to the same weather front that made things difficult all over the place.

 

Lots of travel still to do, and much snow to clean up when I get home, so a full report will have to wait a little bit. Suffice to say that it was a good one. Bon voyage to all those embarking on Big Zed today!

We've been having swells here on the Big O, but nothing like these, I wonder how bad the weather will deteriorate as we move closer to Fort Lauderdale. 80s every day and only a few sprinkles. See you Friday.

Too bad he came ashore out of the range of the webcam. We had a front row seat there for a few minutes.

 

Did you hear them say he had on a sweater and jeans when he went in but ditched the sweater? Looked like he had shoes on too.

I think that every law enforcement boat in the area was in the channel. Other than the one yacht in the background, they're all police, county sheriff, and Coast Guard boats.

In two weeks time I will be on Half Moon Cay; much better than dealing with the slush in NYC today! The next slush I encounter better be in a glass with tequila and salt on the rim.

The gremlins seem to be back on the FLL webcam. I tried refreshing (didn't work) then I closed it out and reloaded and it is still frozen.:(
