Pre- book a spot at Nachi Cocum, there's a massage palapa right on the beach. It's in the shade towards the back of the property and away from the pool, so it's somewhat discrete but close enough to the water to hear the waves.

 

It's AI for $55, and the massages are extra. Limit to 100 persons per day and usually a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Mr. Sancho's offers a romance package which includes all you can eat/drink for 2, massages for both, and use of a private cabana for your stay. I also contacted them and they informed that they offer a free tequila tasting (aside from their tequila seminar package). I'm SOLD!!!

You should be able to find massage service at all of the popular beach clubs - Paradise, Money Bar, Sanchos, Nachi, etc.
