Anytime dining option

First time on Carnival Paradise, is there an Anytime Option for eating dinner, or do you have to choose early or late dining. If Anytime Option is available, is it in the same dining rooms as the early or late dining. Thanks.

Hi, Helendaw! Anytime dining on Carnival is called "Your Time Dining" or YTD. You can select this option. On the Paradise there are two dining rooms. One is dedicated specifically to fixed time dining, the other contains both fixed time dining and YTD.

The ATD MDR is the forward MDR, off of the atrium, between the library and piano bar.

We are going to try ATD for the first time on our next cruise

We chose your-time dining and it turned out to be quite handy. We went on the cruise with my wife's aunt & uncle and we often split up to do our own things and at different times, but always had dinner together. A lot of the activities we did separately started & ended at different times, so by being able to choose our own time to eat, we could coordinate meeting up easier. I'm sure we'll stick with YTD in the future.

There are no reservations on YTD on Carnival. The earlier you go, the less chance of having a wait. If you go at prime dinner time, 7-7:30, you may be given a buzzer, and you will have to wait for a table.

We eat between 8:30 and 9 and never waited for table.
