Waterlover4949 Posted August 30, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Can anyone who's been on the Magic and played in the casino please tell me what kind of slot machines there are? Do they still have the sizzling 7's, Wheel of Fortune? Double Double 7, you know the machines that have been around for years. Have never caught on to the newer machines with lines and lines of things. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Scurvy Seadog Posted August 30, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 30, 2016 The Magic casino still has some of the older machines you mentioned.
SkyMaster Posted August 30, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Apparently the machines they have aboard work REALLY GOOD for the cruise line. My other half just returned from her 7 day aboard "Magic", and her purse was about $2500 lighter! All slot play! She did say, however, that she had a great time aboard. (I certainly hope so!) bptex Posted August 30, 2016 #4 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Pretty sure I've played all of those machines on the Magic. It's a big casino with plenty of options.
richfret Posted August 30, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Cruised in May on the Magic in the $100,000 Slot Tournament. I don't remember what of machines they were but I was one excited guy. Chances were 1 in 12 that I would win some kind of a prize. Bang! Bang! Bang! I kept hitting the button and after a few minutes it was over. Looked at the Slot Screen and I had well over 100,000 points so I thought would just go over and collect my prize. I came in 602 out of 622 participants. No! From the bottom and not the top. I did not even qualify for the next round. I bought another ticket for $75 for another tournament and even got a free entry for being VIP. You guessed it. Did not even qualify. So when you ask what kind of machines they were, all I can say is "LOUSY!".

Scurvy Seadog Posted August 30, 2016 #8 Share Posted August 30, 2016 I lost about $1K on the Magic in June, but I walked off the Sunshine in January with a little over $8K in winnings. I guess I won't complain. :)

Not sure exactly how they pull this off but I'm not a fan of it to say the least. :D:D:D

If you run the list twice you put in at least 7-$800. Done it lots of times and usually we lose half or $7.50 but we have hit a few jackpots. Of course with 25 players you won't get rich but it is a lot of fun for a little.

Dork42775 Posted January 22, 2017 #19 Share Posted January 22, 2017 I have a slot pull organized on the Magic next week. We want to do a $3 max bet Wheel Of Fortune machine that we can have 40-50 people gather around. Does that exist? I have seen a picture of a WOF machine when you enter the casino out in the open but i was told that was a $10 max bet machine. I guess a $5 max could work as well.
