NCL Ferry's in Bermuda free or fee??

I Read that .

Construction work on upgrades to the St George’s Harbour shoreline has got under way in preparation for the return of regular cruise calls to the town this summer.

The redevelopment project will include a major facelift of Hunter’s Wharf to accommodate the two new Norwegian Cruise Lines ferries that will bring visitors to the East End from Dockyard as well as improvements to Penno’s Wharf.

You can purchase ferry passes (1-3 days) right in the dockyard. They are not free.

I'm not sure this answers the question exactly as I believe the NCL Ferries are new. I'm also interested in the answer to this question. I can't imagine NCL would do something like this for free but the current ferries seem pretty cheap to begin with.

See article in Royal Gazette today. 2 ferries built by NCL will run a seasonal service between the Dockyard and St George's starting next July. Local firm has contract.
