Transfer to Agency Form?

Where do I find the Princess form to transfer my booking from Princess to a travel agency? I've always been able to find it before but I can't seem to find it now.

 

 

 

I'm not aware of a form I sent my request via snail mail to "Revenue Support Dept." requesting the transfer to your TA including the Booking#, etc. My TA gave me a fax # but I don't have it with me, sorry.

Here;s what our TA sent for me to follow to do the same thing last week, hope it helps!

First, please do the following as soon as possible.

Send an email from your email address to revenuesupportdepartment@princesscruises.com

and include the following information:

  • Your Booking #:
  • Passenger names as they appear on your cruise reservation
  • My travel agency phone #:
  • My agency address:
  • My agent's name:

Please copy me (AGENT) on the email so that I know that you have sent it.

Princess will contact me to verify the transfer and then I will be back in touch with you. The transfer must take place, as you already know, prior to the date when final payment is due,

I learned accidentally that not only final payment date but completely paying off the cruise early stops the ability to transfer to a ta

That's true, must be done B4 final or full payment.

I have never used or seen any form for Princess. Yesterday I just transferred 3 cruises to my TA by calling Princess who made a note on my bookings of who they were going to. The TA then called Princess and took them over.

Yes this is correct.

The form is required.

 

This thread is from 2017. 

The policy (form and 60 day limit) came into effect late in 2018.
