killarneylady Posted April 8, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 8, 2017 Are dressing gowns (robes) normally supplied in minisuites on Epic? Nice to have for lounging on the balcony...
Escaping2016 Posted April 8, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 8, 2017 I have been on Epic twice both times in a mini suite and haven't had robes either time so I would say no Sent from my iPhone using Forums

killarneylady Posted April 8, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted April 8, 2017 Not at all.. just for relaxing in the cabin. Wouldn't think of wearing one round the ship even if they were provided ! Just find it a luxury to have one for the room. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
cb at sea Posted April 8, 2017 #5 Share Posted April 8, 2017 I always bring a lightweight robe, in case none are provided. If you don't bring your own, a pool "coverup" can suffice in most cases.
mdsgu Posted April 8, 2017 #6 Share Posted April 8, 2017 I read somewhere that robes are available in balconies and above, but you have to ask for them. Would be worth a try.

Rare BirdTravels Posted April 8, 2017 #8 Share Posted April 8, 2017 If there are no robes in your room, just ask yourcabin steward.
Rare BirdTravels Posted April 8, 2017 #9 Share Posted April 8, 2017 Walking round the ship in a dressing gown = look at me I'm in a suite. Only if it is a plush robe with embroidered Havens logo. Regular robes for non Havens guest have the NCL blue fish.
casofilia Posted April 8, 2017 #10 Share Posted April 8, 2017 One of the first things we do is to ask the cabin steward to empty the fridge and bring pool towels and dressing gowns. Never had a problem with any.
NancyL2 Posted April 8, 2017 #11 Share Posted April 8, 2017 Just ask your cabin steward for a robe.....the worse he can say is no.

Froggitt Posted April 9, 2017 #13 Share Posted April 9, 2017 Suite envy? :) Sent from my iPhone using Forums Not at all. If I were in a suite, I wouldn't be a tw@t and flaunt it all round the ship. BTW, cuising in a suite does not mean you have more money than the guy in an inside. Especially on NCL. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
budgiegirl40 Posted April 9, 2017 #16 Share Posted April 9, 2017 Well, I walked around the ship in a NCL robe, and I was in an inside cabin ! If you want a robe, ask your steward.

And only a fool would not take every advantage of being in small suite. Moving to the front of the line for shows (look at me). Sitting into the suites waiting area and using Priority embarkation (look at me). Eating in the suites dining room (look at me). Priority disembarkation and going to the front of the security line (look at me). Using the suites gangway to go back on the ship in port (look at me).
