I practiced for this cruise by warming up in Texas the last couple of weeks. Why Texas you ask? Because just like the ship, everything is bigger in Texas...

Stayed at that hotel and HGI next door more times than I can count. Love that er....restaurant. if you have time for lunch on the way out or back, great mom and pop Italian Beef four blocks away....towards MDW, one block down from White Castle.
