On our recent Splendor cruise, they ran out of tablecloths somehow.

Excellent response! I believe that is the case on all their ships now. I do not like the missing tablecloths at all. The bare tables give the feeling of a food court, not a dining room.:(

About half way through our Vista cruise, the Red Frog Pub ran out of it's Caribbean Wheat (I think that was the name). How a brewery onboard runs out of the beer it makes right there will always be a puzzle to me, but it happened.

 

I was also on a "no limes" cruise as well as a "no escargot" cruise after the tsunami in Thailand.

An easy fix to bad bananas would be to buy non-gassed bananas. They last forever. Heck you may never get a ripe banana but you wouldn't run out. :)

I'm going to have to tell my boys to drink up on the chocolate milk in case they run out. They can drink that stuff by the gallon, literally!

 

It wasn't on CCL but on a RC cruise awhile back the ATM was completely out of cash before we hit our first port. One of the couples at our table were getting married at the port and were freaking out about not being able to access cash that they needed. Somehow they got it from Guest Services.

This is not confined to Carnival - I've been on about 45 cruises, and they always, each and every one of them, run out of TIME and ask me to leave the ship!

Last cruise I was on RCL and they were out of most liquors when we got on board. We had to wait a day or 2 before they were able to restock.

The Vista ran out of the books you buy at the ruise port talk. The ones filled with coupons. Carnival lost money on that!!!
