britty1 Posted May 4, 2017 #106 Share Posted May 4, 2017 The hotel has an activities desk and they may be able to help you with that. But I would recommend booking ahead of time online either through the park website or a tour company, Thank you, you said you booked two months out, I might try four months. PCWalton1 Posted May 4, 2017 Author #107 Share Posted May 4, 2017 Thank you, you said you booked two months out, I might try four months. You can do that with a tour company but the government website does not make the tickets available until two months out. And if you want early morning you need to get online early the day the tickets become available as they go fast. cruiseguy1016 Posted May 4, 2017 #111 Share Posted May 4, 2017 Bill - following along and enjoying your report. DW and I have wanted to visit Hawaii but haven't been able to make it happen yet. I'm looking forward to your review of the Radiance. We've been on her three "sisters" but never on Radiance. We'll be boarding her in Seward on June 9th. We'll have some first time cruisers with us and we've been telling them what beautiful ships the Radiance class are.

Mayapple Posted May 5, 2017 #113 Share Posted May 5, 2017 Loving your review and beautiful photos! My husband and I will be in stateroom 9092 0n our June 2 trip to Alaska. You will love it. We have been in this same location (one deck up) on the Jewel of the Seas. There is a lot of shelter and privacy. With so many days at sea, you made a wonderful choice!! Looking forward to following along with the rest of your trip. Thanks for sharing!

tropiclvrs Posted May 5, 2017 #125 Share Posted May 5, 2017 Welcome to boarding day!! Can't wait to follow along and see what you have planned for the other islands. I absolutely love Hawaii and this will get me excited for our trip to Maui/Kauai in August. No cruise for me this summer, but it's not like 11 days in Hawaii is a bad alternative. ;p
