biker@sea Posted May 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2017 So I had a little run in with a skunk. Now I'm thinking, What if I was going on a cruise this week. Would NCL even let me board? I know I will smell for days. What would happen if I was on a cruise already and got sprayed at a port, Would they let me back on?
phoenix1181 Posted May 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Will tomato juice work on people like it does on pets?
sanger727 Posted May 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Since it's not a contagious illness I think they would face some legal troubles with refusing boarding. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

fshagan Posted May 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Two words: hydrogen peroxide. Can't use it in your hair, but to remove the skunk from the rest of you it works pretty well. For your hair try tomato juice, or fresh tomatoes smashed into a sauce. You may never like tomatoes again, but it can work.
Gershep Posted May 15, 2017 #6 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Not sure what NCL would do but I wouldn't want to sit next to you in the MDR. lol Going back to the days when I was younger, bathing in lots of tomato juice, can you imagine what NCL would charge for that. That smell lingers for days, hope you are deskunked soon.
biker@sea Posted May 15, 2017 Author #7 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Lucky for me it's raining and I had my Hoodie up. Dumped all the clothing outside hit the shower fast. Still think I'm going to be sleeping on the couch.:(
