If you choose the UBP as your perk, you pay the 18% up front (around $200 I believe). If you are in a full suite or the Haven, that is covered for you.

So I didn't take any pictures of all the meat options they bring around, but my favorite was the lamb chops and the bacon wrapped filet. However, everything was excellent. I'm really impressed with the food thus far.

 

The real star of the evening...Chocolate Coconut Tres Leches

Rick - looking forward to your James Beard restaurant reviews at end of your cruise... or maybe day by day. Whatever works for you. I know you have spent time on Royal ships, and I know ship by ship and port by port the food is different....Beef from US and South America, IMHO, is better than in other countires. On Royal out of Australia in Chops, DH and I did not think the steaks were very good. We are spoiled with great streak restaurants in Chicago.
