Norwegian Sun shoes question

I was just wondering, for the 2 complimentary dining rooms, is wearing black shoes a must?

Where did you read this?

The only black shoes I have are only for weddings. Never, ever taken them on a cruise. And we always dress "nice", but not formal.

Haha, reading these responses are funny, and happy to hear. I've never been on Norwegian before, this will be my first time. I've only sailed with carnival cruise line and they have 2 formal nights, and have strict dress code for the dining rooms like no sandals allowed in the main dining room. I think I'm really going to enjoy this freestyle experience :). Thanks for all the responses guys
