If you are looking for flavored coffee creamer nestle makes one that doesn't have to be refrigerated and is concentrated and comes in small bottles https://www.amazon.com/Coffee-mate-French-Vanilla-Strength-Creamer/dp/B00SV11EF0/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1506008306&sr=8-1&keywords=nestle+coffee-mate+2go

We take these all the time when we cruise

I love French vanilla creamer and have recently found a healthy alternative which I LOVE and plan on taking onboard. Has anyone ever tried Vanilla NutPods? Shelf stable 11.2 oz carton with 22 TBS servings. It does need to be kept cold after opening. I plan on keeping it on ice, as our cabin does not have a refrigerator.

I like heavy cream in my coffee--it only takes just a little per cup--so I carry on a small carton and have never had a problem.

Good to know. I'm on keto diet so was wondering about heavy cream. I go through 3 qts a week at home. Someone told me they asked a waiter on Lido deck and he brought them a cup of heavy cream every day. I may not risk it though and bring my own. I'm also assuming Carnival will have real pats of butter? I can always put that in my coffee and make it bulletproof.

Lol I thought I was the only one who loves heavy cream in my coffee. No sugar, just heavy cream. I can't live without it. I also bring on a small carton and have never had a problem.

My husband is a partner of almost 7 years. High five! We've been building a stash of via coffee and refreshers to bring. On at least one of our first two cruises, we brought a press with us. Haha we're relaxing a little this time.

Thats awesome! Both of our daughters are partners, one was a shift but stepped down. She said it was too stressful but she was also 19 at the time.

I was thinking about a press but it sounds like a lot of work. Haha!

I've seen the sugar free individuals but not the fat free.

I see the sugar free all over too a various hotels, work, and such but never the ff.

I've never heard of putting butter in coffee. What exactly does it do? You use the butter along with the cream?

Me either. I love butter but never thought of it in my coffee. Its probably wonderful and not something I need to have in my body or coffee daily.

I bring 3 small bottles of coffemate liquid vanilla creamer for a 7 day cruise. they are a dollar at the dollar store. No need to cool until they have been opened. never had a problem getting them on before.

Thats great to know.

I just got off the Breeze 2 weeks ago, and I ordered room service coffee every morning to enjoy on the balcony. I could never finish the first cup, even with the half and half they brought. My coffee is usually a caramel color but I was making it almost white because the coffee was so bad. Lido coffee was a bit better but not much.

I didn't bring my coffee mate individual creamer because people on here said the coffee was fine with their half and half. Lies. I will be bringing my own creamer next cruise.

I am for sure bringing my own creamer. Disney's coffee was horrible and I cannot imagine Carnival's is much better.

Mainly what's being discussed is FLAVORED creamers such as hazelnut, french vanilla etc. Carnival only has milk and half and half. I too, like the "foo foo" flavored creamers and I buy the individuals at Walmart for less than $5 a box of 24. I bring two because the coffee is STRONG and it takes a few to get the desired flavor. I put them in gallon ziplocks to take up less space and they're protected if one or two bust (has never happened yet).

Yes, flavored creamers, exactly, thank you and thank you for the tip on how to pack them.

They are just plain cream and not flavored! The coffee is too bitter for me so I have to use 2 Hazelnut liquid creamers to make it drinkable.

I don't love plain creamer/milk unless it steamed like for a latte etc...

I will apologize in advance for not reading all 4 pages but another who just has to have their coffee a certain way must chime in... I bring with me a week supply of coffee creamers, my fav are the International French Vanilla. I found the bulk coffee ok in a pinch but the coffee delivered by room service interestingly much better. So we will order room service breakfast with coffee then I use my own creamers and I'm generally good for the day. The specialty coffee shop will probably be able to take care of you as well. :)

Do you put in checked or carry on luggage?

In my experience no amount of creamer, flavored or otherwise, is going to make a bad cup of coffee taste good. I’ve been debating on buying this for a while now but after reading I think my mind is made up.

Hi all. Just wondering what the coffee, particularly from room service, is like on board the ship? The coffee on our Disney Cruise was so bad; brown sour water. Ugh.

Second to that, I know we can bring soda on board and two bottles of wine per person what what about liquid coffee creamer like in lieu of soda or a bottle of wine? Yes, my creamer means more to me than wine.... or its at least equal. ;p

you can visit the coffee specialty shop which is like a starbucks. if you purchase the cheers package its included in the package. if not it cost extra but perfectly worth it. i believe theyre usually on deck 5 between the disco and casino but check your specific ship

I disagree. Creamer can make make a bad cup of coffee taste good - it can't make it into a good cup of coffee, but it can make it into a good tasting coffee-flavored cream beverage.

This is good news! We extra an extra glass by bringing a box. We are still undecided about getting Cheers but I'm leaning towards it.

Please clarify for me .... Carnival specifies 750ml max for a bottle of wine. So ... how do you get an extra glass out of the same number of milliliters?:confused:

And yet you are here. On a thread about coffee creamers. The mind boggles.

Maybe in your mind but the thread says Coffee Creamers. Not Powdered Cream which is what covean is talking about after a few posters were talking about powdered creamers.

Those Starbucks VIA coffee sleeves are truly a godsend when you are travelling. Costco now sells a large box Starbucks VIA coffee for around $9. The sleeves are individually packaged for one cup of coffee.. You can add half a packet to strengthen a weak cup of hot coffee and transform it into a decent cup. Afterwards you can fold the top over and save the remaining half for a 2nd cup or another day.

Or -- if you have access to hot water, you can make yourself a cup of good coffee with it. We have a Nespresso coffee maker at home, and this is the only solution I have found that works for me when we are on the road without easy access to good coffee. The packets are very small and fit in a pocket or purse.

Every cruise I go on be it Carnival or RCCL or Celebrity I always bring my Hazelnut creamer with me. I get a box of 24 liquid creamers and they last the whole cruise.

Ditto here only Vanilla by International Delight . I put mine in a Tupperware container so they don’t get smashed.

Carnival coffee isn’t bad, not as good as home but okay.
