Post cruise survey?

How long after a cruise do you get an online survey? Dying to fill one out for our last cruise! Awesome crew and I want them to know that!

I usually get my post-cruise survey by email within a week of returning home. Sometimes, Carnival sends out other surveys too, and those can appear any time. Make sure Carnival has your correct email address showing in your online information and that you are opted in to receive their emails. If for some reason you don't receive your survey timely, you can request one by email at guestcare@carnival.com.

We got off the Paradise on Oct 13 and there was a survey in my spam folder this morning. (Oct 17). I thought it odd that it went to my spam folder because I have Carnival allowed in my regular folder.

I liked it when they gave them to you while you were still on the ship I always filled them out, now that they send them via email I'm less likely to fill them out.

We got off the ship last Thursday and I got my survey yesterday.

Usually arrives via email within a week. We don't get one every cruise - I don't know how they decide who gets one? Just random?

I got mine very soon after our Bermuda cruise; what I wonder is how often, if ever, they actually draw for the free cruise.
