Post cruise survey?

I usually get my post-cruise survey by email within a week of returning home. Sometimes, Carnival sends out other surveys too, and those can appear any time. Make sure Carnival has your correct email address showing in your online information and that you are opted in to receive their emails. If for some reason you don't receive your survey timely, you can request one by email at guestcare@carnival.com.

Usually arrives via email within a week. We don't get one every cruise - I don't know how they decide who gets one? Just random?

 

If you have good things to share, you can always post on JH page or Carnival customer service.
