fragilek Posted October 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 24, 2017 I plan on booking a few excursions now before we travel (as there are a few I don't want to risk being full if I wait untill on board. Is there any flexability to cancel and get a refund or change the trips booked while on board. I don't plan to cancel but I have MS so may hit a bump and the trips may get too much for me so at that point I would change to beach day or cancel
Pensioncruiser Posted October 24, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 24, 2017 Yes the day before of the excursion. Sent from my VF-895N using Forums mobile app
k8ti Posted October 24, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 24, 2017 Yes. Just take your booking form/ref number to the Destination Desk. We got a full refund because Himself could not go on a trip one day and others were swapping/cancelling their trip.
Rare elmsliebev Posted November 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2017 We cancelled a bike tour that we'd booked on line because is was so hot in Greece in July 2016. The money was refunded straight to our onboard account.
WeeCountyMan Posted November 7, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 7, 2017 Yes the day before of the excursion. Sent from my VF-895N using Forums mobile app No less than 24 hours notice, if memory serves ?
Britboys Posted November 8, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 8, 2017 .... The money was refunded straight to our onboard account. Not particularly helpful if you are on an all-inclusive cruise...

fragilek Posted November 14, 2017 Author #9 Share Posted November 14, 2017 Just as well . My very fit, lean (plays at league level tennis 2-3 times a week) 50 year old husband just collapsed this morning and has been told he has had a mini stroke. We were due to fly to Barbados on Thursday and sail on Sunday.
Vitalsign Posted November 14, 2017 #10 Share Posted November 14, 2017 Fragilek so sorry to hear about your husband and hope he makes a speedy recovery - so unfair for a fit youngish man Maybe he could make the return transatlantic in March/April if that was your cruise this November or the cruise you have booked in the New Year I do hope so
