Tips on booking summer cruises

I agree with trvlgirlmq. Try to choose May or early June, but my reason for choosing that would be because less chance of hurricane issues. I try to only cruise the winter months for that reason, but I understand your reason for choosing summer months. Just be sure to purchase trip insurance to protect yourself against losing your hard earned cruise money. This past hurricane season was one of the worst, with many disappointed cruisers.

Book as early as possible. My last two and my upcoming cruises were booked during high priced summer to take a granddaughter still in high school. I booked as early as possible and watched the prices steadily increase on all three.

 

If prices go down you're protected. More likely prices will increase and you will be happy.
