They may be what "island lady" is talking about too, but these are the type of magnetic clips we use for the lights and hanging decorations in the cabin. You can get them in several different sizes.

Those are the type I use on the wall for hanging notes and invitations.

I can't post the pictures, but I use the large hook magnets for the ceiling.

I know I'm a little late to the party, but I remember hearing warnings about not leaving anything out on the balcony, as it's a fire hazard... maybe that's changed since they no longer allow smoking on the balconies? Of course, people do sometimes still smoke out there...

It's not too late for our party! :) And yes, you are correct. Rules state nothing allowed to stay on the balcony due hazards and to the chances things could blow off and help further pollute our poor seas. :o

Most of this thread ended up being about ideas for decorating inside your cabin. Safe and fun way to do it.

I have found those hook magnets in Walmart also, but not the large ones

I was looking for. They seem pretty popular lately.

get them at Harbor Freight.....the large ones, I also get the command hooks, they hold on the walls better for purses and such and come right off...! :)
