IMO very difficult to eat in the room! Breakfast is doable and snacks.

This is what it normally looks like. Last time, we moved the coffee table back into the corner along the party wall and put the chair beside it in front of the slider, which gave us more room in front of the desk and less clutter in the center of the room --especially since we tend to store our day bags on the coffee table.
