Prepaid Orders from the fun shop

is there a place on the website you can look to see what orders have been placed? I swear I pre ordered the 12 pack of water but I cannot are it listed anywhere on my account.

If you go to your manage your book, then cruise details, if you scroll there's a section that's called "my orders" My water shows up there like this:

Look up your account.

To see what I have ordered I got to the "Manage" page, then "Cruise Details" then "My Billing."

 

 

It is listed to the right on the Billing tab.

Check your email when you bought - they send a confirmation.

If you have your email receipt, call the Carnival number and press '6' I think for the Fun Shops. Talk to someone and have them confirm the order is attached to your booking number.

I had the same issue with an alcohol purchase. It didn't even show up in my orders. All I had that showed it was my email confirmation.

My water and internet package are showing under purchases but not my sail away package still I figure that I will take my email confirmation and if the package isn't in my cabin I'll pop down to GS

I could have sworn I ordered water too but couldn't find it later. Couldn't find an email either. I could see everything else I ordered though. Since it was only water and only $4.50 though, I just went ahead and ordered it again. If I get 2-12 packs, no big deal.
