Night time room service fee - is it waived for suites?

Hi

I was reading that there is a fee for room service at night, I think between 11pm and 6am (something like that)

This is our first time on Celebrity. We will be on Reflection.

We have cruised on Royal Caribbean in the past. While they also have a room service fee, it is waived if you are in a grand suite or higher.

Does Celebrity waive the night time room service fee at a certain suite level?

Thank you

Noreen

We sail in suites but never order room service that late but it is my understanding that it is waived for suites.

Thank you

I should confirm with shoreside concierge. I am making a list of questions for them.

Amazing, spent at least a half hour yesterday trying to find that on Celebrity's web site, could not. I wish they would straighten out the differences in their web site and I'm not saying this is a difference, just can't find it. Suites do get free room service, we just had a suite and used it at night, no charge.

LOL. I know! I couldn't find it on their site either but good old Google brought this up. Assume you noticed that it's from the OZ site.

Being our first time on Celebrity I tried the website but when I couldn’t find the answer figured the people on cruise critic would know

Thank you

No fee for suites or just call your butler (unless late night!).

We won’t bother the butler since it’s usually after the casino closes that my husband gets a craving for room service.

On Royal Caribbean that was usually around 1:30 - 2 am. I am guessing Celebrity casino closes around that time too?

Thank you

I ordered our room service (not late at night) on the TV. Then room service called to confirm the order. Then the butler delivered the food. Perhaps I should have just called him??

Your butler will normally deliver your room service order if it is during his/her regular hours. Room Service contacts the butler to deliver. I still think it's easier to order through room service. Ask your butler which way works best.
