pizzalady1 Posted May 9, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2018 I started this thread https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2613561&highlight=january a while back, but for some reason it does not come up when the roll call tool is used. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?
Clarea Posted May 9, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2018 I don't see anything wrong with the date format, that is usually the problem. I'd click on the blue exclamation in the upper right of your first post on that forum and mention the problem. Perhaps one of the other moderators can determine the problem. crzndeb Posted May 9, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2018 I see it the way I look for Roll Calls. It’s on page 2 of the Majesty’s Roll Calls. Maybe I find Roll Calls differently.

pizzalady1 Posted May 9, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted May 9, 2018 I see it the way I look for Roll Calls. It’s on page 2 of the Majesty’s Roll Calls. Maybe I find Roll Calls differently. I use the "find your roll call" in the blue bar under the first ad. You pull down for cruiseline, then pull down for ship, then pull down for date. Tried to find the roll call you are referencing. What is the sail date of this cruise? January 14, 2019
Desert Cruizers Posted May 9, 2018 #6 Share Posted May 9, 2018 I will subscribe to a Roll Call or Thread I visit often by clicking on Thread Tools+ Subscribe, then I check my User CP and all Subscribed Threads will be listed.
crzndeb Posted May 10, 2018 #7 Share Posted May 10, 2018 I use the "find your roll call" in the blue bar under the first ad. You pull down for cruiseline, then pull down for ship, then pull down for date. January 14, 2019 I do a little differently. I tab down to cruise line, then ship, then search for date. The one I want is usually highlighted blue, since I have already been to it.
Suzy B Posted May 10, 2018 #8 Share Posted May 10, 2018 Hi pizzalady1, I know exactly what you mean as I am having the same issue with our Feb. 10, 2019 Jewel of the Seas cruise. Send an email to the following: community@cruisecritic.com & one of the moderators will research & email back to you with their findings, like they are doing with my situation. At first, they replied: "Roll calls populate on the next server sync; it should be there by now. Please reply to this email if it isn't and we'll be glad to help." So I checked after receiving their email & my thread was still not showing up on the "Find Your Roll Call" screen. I let them know so they are still trouble shooting to resolve the situation. Hope this helps you out. Suzy B P.S. Host Bob, could you please take a look at my Roll Call thread that I started last month, April 5th, for the Feb. 10, 2019 Jewel of the Seas sailing to see if my date format is correct. Thank you very much.

gatour Posted May 11, 2018 #10 Share Posted May 11, 2018 (edited) Could it be that you just put in Majesty instead of Majesty of the Seas? Edited May 11, 2018 by gatour
Clarea Posted May 11, 2018 #11 Share Posted May 11, 2018 Could it be that just put in Majesty instead of Majesty of the Seas? That should not make a difference. Most often it's the date format that causes a problem.
