Roll Call Thread Does Not Come Up On Royal Roll Call Tool

I don't see anything wrong with the date format, that is usually the problem. I'd click on the blue exclamation in the upper right of your first post on that forum and mention the problem. Perhaps one of the other moderators can determine the problem.

I see it the way I look for Roll Calls. It’s on page 2 of the Majesty’s Roll Calls. Maybe I find Roll Calls differently.

 

I use the "find your roll call" in the blue bar under the first ad. You pull down for cruiseline, then pull down for ship, then pull down for date.

 

Tried to find the roll call you are referencing. What is the sail date of this cruise?

I do a little differently. I tab down to cruise line, then ship, then search for date. The one I want is usually highlighted blue, since I have already been to it.

Hi pizzalady1,

 

I know exactly what you mean as I am having the same issue with our Feb. 10, 2019 Jewel of the Seas cruise.

 

Send an email to the following:

community@cruisecritic.com

& one of the moderators will research & email back to you with their findings, like they are doing with my situation.

 

At first, they replied:

"Roll calls populate on the next server sync; it should be there by now. Please reply to this email if it isn't and we'll be glad to help."

 

So I checked after receiving their email & my thread was still not showing up on the "Find Your Roll Call" screen. I let them know so they are still trouble shooting to resolve the situation.

 

Hope this helps you out.

P.S. Host Bob, could you please take a look at my Roll Call thread that I started last month, April 5th, for the Feb. 10, 2019 Jewel of the Seas sailing to see if my date format is correct. Thank you very much.

Update: The Community Support Specialists at Cruise Critic are Awesome! :D

 

They fixed my issue & now our Jewel of the Seas, Feb. 10, 2019 cruise is showing on the "Find Your Roll Call" screen.

Could it be that just put in Majesty instead of Majesty of the Seas?

That should not make a difference. Most often it's the date format that causes a problem.
