Is Pinnacle Grill Open For Lunch on Port Days during Caribbean Itineraries?

Not on any of the cruises that we have been on which is quite a few Caribbean cruises.

Very rarely. I can only recall one time, and that was when we had a pretty late port arrival time.

My experience is that it is not open, but it is best to ask the Pinnacle Grill Manager for days it is open upon boarding. The Pinnacle Grill lunch is delightful.

Pinnacle is Only open some of the time.on Caribbean port days . you cannot count on it in advance without checking

 

 

 

I it is closed on port days more than it is open. That is not to say it is never open on port days in Caribbean as that would be untrue.

 

I have a clear memory of lunch in Pinnacle on Noordam when we were docked in Aruba. :) If was wonderful.

 

I also know for sure we had Pinnacle lunch on Maasdam :)

You never know until you ask :). Sometimes they will be open because of plans to entertain certain local dignitaries or travel agents. When this happens (often unannounced) they will usually be happy to also welcome cruisers.

We actually had a good laugh about just this topic when chatting with the Maitre'd on the Rotterdam. We asked him how they choose the locals/TAs that get that true VIP treatment. He had no clue but we both suspected that it was reserved for those that are deemed worthy of special treatment.
