NCL's website says 80 points for platinum: https://www.ncl.com/latitudes-rewards-program

but i looked at my acct on myncl and i see:

Latitudes Tier Level: Platinum

Guest Number: xxxxxxx

Latitudes Rewards: 77 Points

So was i grandfathered into the old system before NCL raised the points to reach Platinum?

and what was the # of points needed under the old system?

I was moved up at 77 points as well BUT I also had three more cruises booked when they moved up my status. Regardless I totally took advantage of the two extra dinners

The three booked cruises had nothing to do with it. Everyone maintained whatever level they were at when NCL upped the number of points.

I was only gold when the program changed. I was not grandfathered in with cruises booked prior to the tier and program changes. My point was at 77 points they moved me to platinum
