I am trying to find a way to search for a specific thread (is that the right term?).

The search bar should be right under your name in the upper right on a desktop. 

On mobile, click the magnifying glass (the white one on the blue background) at the top right of the screen.

This is STRANGE..how do I find a thread that was not part of the regular forums? I chat with some friends that are under the old "SOCIAL GROUP"...….where do I find my thread?  Help please...……..

You can also click on the word search and you will get a drop down menu that you can select from before you enter a search word(s) in the Search Block.
