Best shuttle service FLL to Port of Miami

We have a group of 6 who will arrive at FLL around 10:00am the day of our cruise.  What is the best shuttle (shared and/or private) to get us to Port of Miami? Thanks.

Best is a stretch limo with a stocked bar! 

 

If you are concerned with expenses check with SAS, QLS, MJS and Go Airport -- fares start at about $15 per person, but your group may qualify for a group discount.

We have always used SAS and they are wonderful! Last time driver talked to us about when he was in Iceland, which is on our bucket list. Dependable with reasonable prices.

We have used Super Shuttle and they were great. You can book online. Do a mock booking to see prices. Very reasonable.

We also use Jiffy Jeff very professional and courteous. They use beautifil Mercedes Benz vans which makes it special.

+1 for SAS.  We used them in May and will most likely be using them again in May 2019.  Assuming we fly into FLL again.. Still waiting for the value airlines to release their schedule..

We have used Larry's Limo and Car Service numerous times and highly recommend them. The drivers are fantastic at communicating and letting you know exactly where they are so even in hectic busy airports/cruiseports you will be able to meet right up with them easily. We were lucky to have Oscar as our driver a few times and he is phenomenal

My vote is Jiffy Jeff too ..  We have used them a number of times and has been an excellent experience.  Reasonally priced and as stated great communication.  Highly recommend them.

curious what is average cost from FLL to Miami port? I can't just be 15 a person can it? I usually fly directly to MIA but it has been costly this time.

Lots of shared shuttles will transport you from FLL and nearby hotels to POM for $15 per person - same fare will get you back from POM to FLL after your cruise.  SAS, QLS, MJS and Go Airport are the most often suggested shared shuttle providers

 

UberX or standard Lyft (good for 2-3 passengers plus normal bags) between FLL and POM should be about $35 each way for the car.  It's your call!

www.ridesas.com & www.qualitylimoservice.com are addresses for SAS & QLS - Google can find you others, but those two are the most often suggested.  We used SAS a long time ago and were happy.  We've also used Larry's Limos, and car service from Go Airport (based at FLL), and more recently Uber and Lyft (UberX should be about $35+ for the car from FLL area hotels to POM)

 

I would check the shuttle company web sites to see which of them pick up at your hotel, which will save you a trip back to the airport just to catch your shuttle.  Fares should be about $15 per person each way.

We have always used QLS but the reverse trip (Port of Miami to FLL). Cost for two of us in December was $28. They text you and call you often right before pick up so no worries. Have a great trip

We are staying with friends in Fort Lauderdale before our Miami cruise.  Will we have to go to a hotel or the FLL airport to be picked up?  Have any suggestions?

Uber and Lyft will pick you up at where you are staying.  For a shared shuttle you will need to contact them for options.
