We received them when we picked up our 3 spin coins at the Casino.

 

They look pretty good quality for a gift, the aluminium plates are quite thick.

We still have a pair of RCI tags identical to these except they have only Royal Caribbean International logo. Don't recall why we received them it was so long ago.

A lot things are different on Quantum and sailings in the Chinese market.
