Thinking outloud here but I wonder if any seasoned Princess Cruisers can help...

I`ve got £204.54 in Future Cruise Credits to use before the end of June 2019...

My question is - WELL 4 questions here...

  • What happens to unused FCC ?
  • Is it a case of use it or lose it ?
  • Could I transfer them to my parents who are more likely to use them then me ?
  • Would Princess send me the FCC as a cheque?...

Thank you x

If you don't use your FCC the funds are returned to you after 2 years in the form of a check.  You cannot transfer them.  This is all highlighted in a footnote on the FCC confirmation.

If you book it before the expiration for a cruise after the expiration it will still be applied.

If you cancel that cruise you will lose it.

If you call Princess you may ( and I say may) be able to get it extended.

The OP is referencing an FCC.....future cruise credit given for a customer service issue not an FCD Future Cruise Deposit.

The FCC usually has a 1 year from issuance expiration date.

Are you speaking about a Future Cruise Deposit which you made while on the ship, or are you speaking about a Future Cruise Credit that you received for something that happened on one of your cruises?

see # 4 - FCC - missed port

We missed Ketichikan so every passenger was given 15% of the price paid for that cruise towards a new cruise to be booked before the end of June 2019

I don't think I will use mine that's why I asked on here

Too bad you received FCCs. On one of our cruises we had a missed port and were given OBCs. Much better way for a small amount of money.
