lesliebe Posted July 1, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 1, 2019 We are considering not using the Regent transfers to Heathrow after the cruise. Any recommendations on transfer companies and how much time after docking before a reasonable international flight? We are a party of 5, including a senior and appropriate luggage. Thanks

Thanks You may want to check out the Britain section of the Ports of Call boards. This company gets lots of recommendations there, we have used them several times and have been very pleased with them http://www.smithsairportcars.co.uk/
cAPS lOCK oN Posted July 1, 2019 #4 Share Posted July 1, 2019 We used https://englishrosecollection.co.uk/ and were pleased. We got them from Tripadvisor, which had a half dozen highly regarded choices.

We tend to over pack and used the “estate car” (station wagon) option. They were also willing to swing us by our hotel to drop bags and then continue on to where we were sightseeing for the day. Used them twice and they were the most affordable and reliable!!

orvil Posted July 5, 2019 #8 Share Posted July 5, 2019 I've used Smith's for Airports a number of times. They have always been reliable. I recommend them.
malily Posted July 6, 2019 #9 Share Posted July 6, 2019 We docked in Southampton three weeks ago and then spent 4 days in London. We used Blackberry and dfound them to be excellent. Their office is extremely responsive and answers any email questions almost immediately. Not only are their prices very reasonable compared to some other companies we checked, but you can also track your driver as he is moving live on their website, so you know he is coming.
