How can I find...

On HAL website (I assume under my bookings) can I find my OBC I have paid for?  I know I have found it once.  I cancelled my pop package when HAL gave me $200 beverage card.  But for the life of me I can't find it again.  I have booked with a TA and am 21 days from sailing.  I have been trying for days to find this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine shows under "Itineraries and Wish Lists" and I have a TA.  But only OBC I  have purchased.  Not the OBC from the TA or HAL. My TA says they will show up on the ship, but not on the website.  Blind faith.  😃

Gotcha - ours is from the TA, HAL and the shareholder's OBC.  So, that's why I can't see it - thanks!

I have OBC from my TA, I always print that part and bring on cruise, thee first or second day I go to customer service and double check all OBC is on the account.  If you can,  bring a document with listed TA OBC just in case something doesn't show up on account.  Have a great cruise.

Absolutely.  And if you apply with World Cruise Reservations for the stockholder credit, take the letter you faxed or mailed to this department.  Although I mail it to them 70 days prior to cruising, the OBC doesn't always post.  Having the letter that I notified the department in plenty of time has helped immensely.
