When you put your card in a machine and request money, how do you know if it comes from OBC or from your credit card on account?

You cannot control which expenditures come from OBC vs your credit card.  At the end of the cruise OBC is deducted from total expenditures and if there is still a balance, your credit card is charged the balance.

Wow how much cash do u bring?  I really wouldn't want to be bothered with having to put cash down up front then wondering when my account will run out, since they cut you off from spending when you do.
