I'm starting this thread to discuss NCL's newest elevated Italian restaurant, Onda! Feel free to post reviews, pictures, etc

Everything looks delicious and well presented .......However, the day I pay $19 for some spaghetti after paying cruise fare is the day I quit cruising .....

How does SDP package work with ONDA?

I’ve dined at Scarpetta in Vegas a few times. I think the spaghetti was $25 and you received basically an ice cream scoop of it in a bowl.  Not considered an entree.  The fresh pasta is outstanding and perhaps worth a taste but as a good value?

So,,, you have not dined in this restaurant. And you are running a thread with photos that you did not take and are posting without credit to the original diners who took the time to share their dining experience.

I never claimed to dine there. I intended this to be the Onda version of the "Everything... Norwegian ENCORE!" thread. I credited Doug for his pictures, the rest are from social media. I will provide credit next time I post more pictures. If this thread is against CC rules then let it be locked. I just wanted to create a thread for discussion and pictures of the new NCL restaurant for those (like me) who are excited by it.

Not sushi per se, but crudo is sort of the Italian version of sashimi. Here’s an article discussing the difference between the two.

You were acting in good faith,  and gave credit as best you could, I appreciate it. I couldn't find anything on Onda, and here was a plethora of examples.

Can’t wait to hear some of the opinions on the taste. The pictures look wonderful. As far as I know the SDP works the same as any other ala carte restaurant on NCL. I have not heard of any upcharges. Unlike Ocean Blue which has upcharges for many items which people are reporting being covered with no upcharge for the same meal on other ships.

I haven’t seen anyone mention an upcharge or say that it was excluded from the SDP, so unless anyone can confirm otherwise, I would think that it would be included. I checked the T&C for the SDP, no mention of Onda in there yet.

From what I’ve read in other threads, so far the reaction has been pretty positive.
