Derby Street Posted February 6, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2020 Can anyone help advise as to how we order the complimentary bottle of spirits for our suite? Thanks.

wesport Posted February 6, 2020 #3 Share Posted February 6, 2020 Keep in mind they only give you a limited amount of liquor on the website. You can always order once on board.
SLSD Posted February 6, 2020 #4 Share Posted February 6, 2020 You can also ask for a brand of liquor that is not listed. We have done that and received what we asked for.
wripro Posted February 6, 2020 #5 Share Posted February 6, 2020 My advice is to just wait until you board and ask your stewardess for whatever you want. It'll be there shortly.
jsiegel Posted February 7, 2020 #6 Share Posted February 7, 2020 We had selected our preferences online before our cruise but they were not in our cabin when we arrived. A quick note to our stewardess (didn't notice the lack of bottles when we first met her) and they were delivered that day. Jackie

2SailingNomads Posted February 10, 2020 #8 Share Posted February 10, 2020 Ask your stewardess. More often than not, like 80% of the time, what we request via the web site is not what is in our suite. If on the almost totally rare occasion she tells you she can't get it, have a word w/ the bar manager, unless you are asking for something that in a bar is an up-charge you will get it. Given that we usually have hundreds more days than our stewardess - and this is not a criticism of the wonderful ladies who take great care of us, most do a few contracts and either move up (hopefully) or on - we might ask for something they are not familiar with, and tell us they have to ask their supervisor. With 1 exception, it was delivered either the first night or the next morning, and that one time after a discrete word w/ the Bar Manager the next day it was also delivered. No is not a word Seabourn crew ever want to say to a pax.
