Telephone service - non working number

Every phone number I have for RCI has a recording that I have reached a non working number and to try another general number...although they don’t give you one of those general numbers.  What gives?

No idea, but I'm having the same issue.  Neither the general customer service number nor the  C & A number are working.

The phone numbers aren't ringing busy.  Also, there isn't the disconnected line message.  They are live numbers.  This seems intentional.

They switched phone providers a couple of weeks ago and had the same problem that day.  I suspect they may be doing some system modifications and it’s taken everything off line.

I just got through. Both numbers appear to be working now.
