HI all

I am trying to book a cruise on the Holland Website -

Cruise is for September 2020 - Canada New england Cruise leaving Montreal on September 5th, 2020

Trying to choose a stateroom using stateroom selector for any type of cabin and I keep getting a blank page

I have tried Firefox , Chrome and Edge and the website doesn't let me select my own stateroom

Any one else have the same problem ?

The HAL website can be difficult.   What I do is download the deck plan pdf and preselect 5-10 cabins.  I then use the option to enter a cabin number and proceed down my list until I find one.

A problem I am having is getting as far as you did when I log in with my Mariner Number.  Without it, it works fine (but will not get me past checking for cabins).  You might try that.  I was able to find the cabin I wanted (and the fare) by putting in the cabin number in the box provided.

Yes, I tried with Chrome: all I get is the page to select the number of passengers in the stateroom etc and after that: a blank page.  Other dates: the same.

I've experienced the same issue - when logging in with my Mariner Number, everything comes to a screeching halt.  If I don't log in, I can go farther and everything is priced in US dollars, but at least I get an idea of which cabins are available.  I'd like to blame the glitch on the corona virus, but it was acting this way long before the virus reared its ugly head!

Smooth Sailing!  🙂🙂🙂

Still doesn't work for me .... I will wait a few dates .....I never had problem with their website ...and I am surprised with Covid 19 that they have problems with the website ...pretty sad and even worse the fact that there is COVID ...

People like me who want to cruise , should be able to book their trip...

We recently booked our Feb. 2021 Veendam cruise with our PCC under the Have it All Sale and was able to get the Vista Suite we requested, so a Guarantee was not required for this special fare. I could have done it myself and actually did a fake booking beforehand to get the price. At the point where you see the total price I clicked on Change Cabin and went through that process to select my own cabin. I chose to have a PCC do it as I want to have her handle my FCC from a cancelled April 2020 cruise and apply it to the new booking. Still haven't heard anything from HAL regarding the cancelled cruise, but PCC said two weeks ago it still could take up to 60 days before I receive an email.

HAL is doing you a HUGE favor.  I will give you 3 to 1 odds that this cruise will not sail.  You are saving the aggravation of waiting for a refund or a bankruptcy filing by CArnival  🛳️

I also was able to book a specific cabin on my 2021 cruise using Have it all Sale.

I tried to book a cruise for August 2021 a couple of times in the past week but as soon as I chose my cabin I could not continue.  So, I called HAL and booked it with the Have it All Sale.  What does the beverage package include?

We booked a cruise for next August. I wasn’t able to choose a cabin on the website, but when I called they took care of it with no problem. The agent I spoke with said it was because we booked a 14-night cruise that is also sold as two 7-night cruises.

Much to my surprise I got a casino discount on top of the Have It All promotion. My total price was about $900 less than the price when I wasn’t signed in.

Same here - the casino discount usually is combinable with the other promotions.  Now, the casino PROMOTIONS (usually you get these via email or USPS) often aren't.
