I'm assuming my FCC (IF it ever comes...but that's a whole other topic) will be in CAD as my cruise was paid in CAD. Is that not the case? Or did you book the cruise that was cancelled in USD? Yes I did . That's true .

My FCC was in CAD as I booked my cruise in CAD. That is why I was glad we booked before they change the exchange rate to 1.40 (thanks to your heads up post). It saved us quite a bit.
Steelers36 Posted July 20, 2020 #28 Share Posted July 20, 2020 Did anyone notice Princess has changed the CAD rate down to 1.35. More realistic.

Yes, I had one cruise booked at 1.30 and another one (Tahiti cruise) I had booked when the rate was 1.40. So I went back and had the 1.40 cruise re-fared when Princess brought the exchange rate down to 1.35. It made quite a difference.

tert333 Posted August 6, 2020 #32 Share Posted August 6, 2020 With the exchange rate further improving, does anyone know if Princess is looking at changing the rate again. It is almost 1.32. I wonder when the decide to adjust the rate?
