Late today. Because I didn't cook yesterday, I promised I'd do that today. So I put a ham roast (peameal bacon chub) in the crockpot this morning, made a salad and roasted potatoes and carrots.

It is HOT here in southern Ontario today. Apparently COVID19 took sabotaged our Spring-we skipped right over the perfect spring days! We had some cool and rainy days, but not the ones that I live for. I rarely turn the AC on, but I think if I want any sleep tonight, it will have to be turned on.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.

I am so jealous!!! I am in desperate need of peameal and butter tarts. I hope the border opens soon so we can get to our cottage!
